Dat Nguyen
Dat Nguyen is the Founder and Festival Director of Artsense International Competition & Festival, as well as the Director of Hemego.
With over 10 years of experience in arts and educational event management, he has been actively involved in the development and organization of international artistic programs and cultural initiatives across the region.
Throughout his career, Dat Nguyen has served in key leadership roles for various international events and competitions, including:
Event Manager of the Asia Pacific Arts Festival
Event Director of the C. Bechstein Piano Competition Vietnam
Regional Director of the Chicago International Music Competition
Driven by a vision to create meaningful international platforms for young artists, he founded Artsense as a space where music, dance, creativity, and cultural exchange can come together beyond borders.
Under his direction, Artsense continues to grow as an internationally oriented platform that celebrates artistic excellence, nurtures emerging talents, and promotes global artistic collaboration for the next generation of performers and creators.

Stanley Chin
Stanley Chin
Stanley Chin is a performing arts director, festival producer, and cultural development leader with over two decades of experience across Asia’s music and arts industry. His work focuses on creating meaningful platforms for live performance, artistic collaboration, cultural exchange, and arts education throughout the region.
He has served in key artistic and leadership roles in numerous international festivals and performance initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong-China, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. His roles include Artistic Director of the Asia Pacific Arts Festival, Artistic Director of the Chicago Music Competition in Vietnam, Artistic Consultant for the Taiwan International Classical and Traditional Music Competition, Festival Consultant for YEFF in Penang and Danang, Festival Director of AsiaTEF, and contributor to international arts touring and exchange programs throughout Asia.
Stanley is also recognized for his work in event production and artist coordination, including serving as Production Manager for the Japan-Malaysia Legacy Concert, alongside his involvement in music education, adjudication, and international talent development programs. He previously served as President of the Persatuan Pencinta Muzik Ukulele Malaysia (PPMUM) and as Orchestra Manager at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre.
Academically, Stanley holds an Executive MBA from IEMD, France, and a Bachelor of Music with Honours in Audio Production from ASWARA, where he was awarded the Rector’s Award.
Through ArtSense and his broader artistic initiatives, Stanley continues to advocate for sustainable and inclusive opportunities for performers, educators, and young artists, while strengthening artistic connectivity and cultural collaboration throughout Asia.
